Active Raccoon Studios (“we” or “us”) respects your privacy. This notice applies to any game (“the App”) you download or use.
Information We Collect
- Device & Usage Data: Anonymous device details (e.g., Android Advertising ID, OS version) and gameplay statistics (e.g., sessions, levels) to improve performance and balance.
- Account & Purchases: If you choose Google Play Games sign-in for things like leaderboards, we only receive a non-identifying user ID. In-app purchase tokens (from Google Play) are used solely to grant purchased items; we never store full payment details.
How We Use & Share Data
- Provide core features (leaderboards, achievements, cloud saves).
- Analyze anonymous gameplay data via trusted services (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Unity Analytics) for bug fixes and feature improvements.
- Serve ads (through Unity Ads/LevelPlay or similar) using Advertising ID. We do not combine it with other personal data.
- We never sell personal data. Third parties (Google Play Services, ad networks, analytics/crash-reporting services) process data under their own policies.
Your Choices & Rights
- Opt-Out of Personalized Ads: On Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
- Data Access & Deletion: To access, correct, or delete any stored data (including cloud saves), email us at activeraccoonstudio@gmail.com.
Security & Retention
We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS/TLS, secure servers) to safeguard data. Personal identifiers are retained only as needed for service functionality or until you request deletion. Aggregated/anonymous data may be kept indefinitely.
Children’s Privacy
Our games are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
